When you are in a state of hunger, you should be conscious about what you are eating on daily basis. When your meals have refined carbs, those meals provide excess amount calories to your body but not the required nutritional value and when the body seeks for nutrition it gives you a hunger signal than. If you know not all calories are equal and our body not just need calories but also nutrients in order to function. Eating refined carbs on daily basis without any nutritional value will also lead in rising blood sugar. To stay healthy and away from these diabetes problems due to over eating one should go for complex carbs such as healthy fats, protein and fiber rich food which will make you full for a long time.

If you’re not drinking water properly in a day you should start doing it from today. You should not drink less than 2 liters a day but the thirst and hunger together makes the body hungry and you’re more likely to eat food than to drink water.  The excess amount of calories instead of having water are not burn off in the end of the day. Do have a glass of water when you are awake and carry a water bottle throughout the day with you.

If you are not sleeping up to 7 hours a day you should start sleeping 7 hours a day then. Because sleeping less than 7 hours a day can lead in rise the hunger state which than forces you to eat unhealthy food. Many researchers have disclosed that sleeping less number of hours can lead with weight gain.
