Makeup during workout will be a quite good reason for acne breakout. No matter what good quality of product you would be using during workout but it can lead to clogged pores due to sweat and will cause an acne breakout. Make sure you remove any layer of makeup from your face. Use a facial wipes or go wash your face instead.

Do tie your hair properly during workout or use a hair band to make sure they don’t fall on your face and the sweat doesn’t drip on your face and during workout try using lip balm because we breathe through our mouth during workout which makes our lips dry.

Always keep a fresh and washed towel nearby you during your workout session and try washing your towel in mild detergent else wise it may cause rashes to your skin.

Try wearing loose clothes during workout as it will wipe your sweat quickly and can get infections or rashes. Also avoid wearing shorts or backless tops if you’re working out in an environment where everyone are using the same gym equipments.
