Have you ever wondered why your weight is fluctuating every day and it’s not stable to static number. I better understand how stressing and frustrating it is as I have been through this as well. That is why I have decided to share few reasons that might be reason why your body weight is fluctuating and what you can do about it.

When  you take a cheat meal something like pizza and maybe fries, you ate sodium rich and high salted food which causes temporary water retention. So basically due to this the numbers of your weight tend to increase a bit because of excess sodium intake. The possibly easiest way to bring down it is to avoid taking salted food in your next meal.

Sleeping less can be the main factor of weight fluctuating. I have been suggesting to take at least 7 hours of sleep at night to burn the fat. Sleeping less than it can cause stress, food cravings and weak hormones as well. All these factors add up and cause weight fluctuating.

Taking stress plays a vital role in weight fluctuating which is the villain when you talk about losing weight because it does not let you sleep so you can burn your flat while sleeping or it can cause unhealthy cravings, which adds up the storage of fat in your body.

Weight of your body is determined by the intake of calories compared to the number of calories you burn. Eating a healthy diet with the number of calories your body burns daily won’t have fluctuation in your body weight it will then be static. If your diet has been changing so you will definitely face weight fluctuation.

Number # 5

Of course drinks have some weight but if you’re an alcohol drinker it is not processed the same way as the normal drinks are processed. It takes a bit long for your body to eliminate it as it also slows the digestion which can also lead to water retention.
